Many collectors stay right at the heart of the action at The Grand Hotel, and attendees can enjoy special room rates (based on a two-night minimum stay).
For 2026, we are offering both a Bed & Breakfast package, and a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package meaning attendees can choose to eat their evening meal in the hotel, or elsewhere if they prefer. The rates are unchanged from 2025.

*Guests requiring dinner on these nights will be charged for B&B, but can pre-book dinner for £12.95 per night, payable on arrival.
How to book your room
Bookings should be made via the Grand Hotel’s Central Reservations number: 0161 923 0333 (+161 923 0333 from outside the UK). Please book during these hours: Mon to Fri 8am–6.30pm, Sat & Sun: 9am–5.30pm.
In order to benefit from the above special rates, you should refer to the Film Convention Room Freesale, or you can state the code FILM180226. Indicate your dates, Bed & Breakfast or Dinner, Bed & Breakfast terms, and whether you want a single or double room.
Our allocation of rooms will be available until six weeks before the convention, but can still be booked beyond this period, subject to availability. Don’t leave it too late to book!
2026 Convention Dinner charges
If resident at the hotel on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast package, your Saturday dinner booking can be transferred across to the Film Collectors’ Dinner for a reduced rate of just £15 per person, but you must book this in advance of the dinner.
